jljlph Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jljlph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They apply to all use of jljlph services, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and use of any promotional offers.

By registering an account on jljlph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any capacity.

jljlph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered players.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on jljlph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are located in the Philippines at the time of access and play.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by jljlph for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jljlph employee.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on jljlph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created using your details without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your jljlph account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jljlph will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable OTP verification for an added layer of account security.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

jljlph uses SSL encryption and OTP-based authentication to protect player accounts. While we take platform security seriously, you remain responsible for the security of the device and network you use to access the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on jljlph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Specific accepted methods are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is finalised.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets registered in the player's own name.
• jljlph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

jljlph does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals. Only the payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of transaction are accepted.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

jljlph offers various promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. The general rules in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Not all promotions are available to all players.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus or associated winnings not used before the expiry date will be forfeited.
• jljlph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The jljlph VIP Programme operates under additional terms specific to each tier level. VIP status and associated benefits are at the discretion of jljlph and may be adjusted or revoked if a player's account is found to be in violation of these Terms.

6 Game Rules and Prohibited Conduct

All games available on jljlph operate under individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules in full. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljlph platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing wagers designed primarily to clear bonus requirements rather than for genuine play.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.

In the event of a technical fault during gameplay that affects the outcome of a wager, jljlph will review the relevant game logs and resolve the matter at its discretion. Winnings resulting from a confirmed system error may be voided. jljlph's decision in such matters is final.

7 Responsible Gaming

jljlph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to earn income, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. Players should only wager what they can afford to lose.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered players from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time limits – Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Self-exclusion – Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the platform.
• Reality checks – Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing in a session.

jljlph reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate a cooling-off period on any account where there are signs of problematic gaming behaviour, even without a direct request from the player.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jljlph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at jljlph staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not in dispute will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completed identity verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally before the account is closed, provided verification requirements have been met.

9 Privacy and Data Use

jljlph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Player data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the improvement of platform services. jljlph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jljlph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings due to technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

jljlph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jljlph's operations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform should be raised with the jljlph support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently.

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute process. Details of this process are available from the support team on request. The decision reached through the formal dispute process is final and binding.
